Final Fantasy “Warrior of Light” Nendoroid Featuring Yoshitaka Amano Artwork Announced

Japanese figure maker Good Smile Company has announced a new Nendoroid figure based on the Warrior of Light from the original Final Fantasy. The figure recreates the iconic package illustration painted by Yoshitaka Amano.
Standing approximately 10 cm tall, the figure features detailed armor, vivid colors, interchangeable face parts, several hand parts, and a metallic-painted sword, allowing fans to recreate poses inspired by Amano’s original artwork. The cape, neck, and limbs are also articulated.
The Nendoroid Warrior of Light is scheduled for release in September 2026, with a retail price of 7,900 yen (tax included). Customers who preorder through the Good Smile Company Online Shop will also receive a special display base featuring the classic Final Fantasy logo.
